If you believe you have a foreign object in your eye or are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please seek immediate medical eye care: sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, flashing lights or floaters in vision, severe eye pain or discomfort, or any other symptoms that are persistent or worsening over time.
 
Once payment is received, you will receive an email containing our consultation contact info. Virtual consultation services are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm MDT. Our goal is to reply to all consultation requests within two hours of receipt. If you contact us within two hours of ending consultation hours, your request may not be returned until the following business day.
